Great to meet you!

Hello there, I am excited to start our work together! I have been working as a clinical social worker for the past six years and in the field of mental health for the past 15. I specialize in DBT however also conduct general talk therapy for processing and support.

My approach to therapy

I have the majority of my background in inpatient and partial hospital settings, and have recently begun work as an outpatient clinician. I feel this has helped to increase my threshold for those who are struggling with suicidal thoughts, substance use, and unsafe behaviors. I am particularly interested in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and would most likely bring in those skills as needed. However, DBT does not have to be a requirement for working with me :)

What you can expect from me
