Great to meet you!

I started my career in education. I have first hand knowledge about public, private, and charter schools as well as Kindergarten through 8th grade. I made the transition to private therapy to focus on individual needs of clients instead of an entire school building. I have training and knowledge in trauma, anxiety, depression, brainspotting, and ADHD using person centered CBT practices.

My approach to therapy

I am calm and a listening ear with therapeutic skills to help you through the struggles of life. I believe that each person is different, and not all techniques will help everyone- that's why we have so many different skills to learn.

What you can expect from me

A feeling of confidence that they can use the skill they learned and apply it to the next time they are feeling dysregulated. Clients learn about why they are feeling the way they are feeling during sessions.
