Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Jenny Nagg and I look forward to partnering with you in your counseling journey. I received my Master's of Education degree in Counseling from University of North Texas in 2006 and became fully licensed as an LPC in 2009.

I have a down to earth and relatable (sometimes humorous!) approach and like to get right to the heart of the matter. I'm passionate and enthusiastic about counseling and my clients. Let's get started!

My approach to therapy

I utilize a person-centered and psychodynamic approach, tailoring my methods to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual or couple. I draw upon various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to counseling.

What you can expect from me

By providing a safe and empathetic space, I empower my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, guiding them towards self-awareness and self-compassion. I believe that everyone has within them the capacity to heal and find their own inner strength, and I am dedicated to helping my clients tap into this reservoir of resilience.
