Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m Dr. Jennifer Neagle-Fugate, a licensed professional counselor and clinical supervisor who is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families on their journey toward healing and growth. My practice offers a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can explore challenges related to trauma, mental health, and substance use while building practical tools for lasting change. I believe in meeting each person exactly where they are, honoring their story, and helping them discover their strengths. It would be an honor to support you as you move toward hope, clarity, and a healthier future.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based, grounded in evidence-informed practices while honoring each client’s unique story. I integrate practical tools from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and skills-based approaches to help clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace, always emphasizing hope, personal values, and sustainable growth.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and discuss what brought you to therapy, along with your goals, concerns, and hopes for change. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you’re invited to share at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying strengths and practical next steps, and I’ll collaborate with you on a plan tailored to your unique needs. Most importantly, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the path ahead.
