My approach to therapy

Our path is marked by significant people and experiences impacting our attachment, mindset, and worldview. Some are positive and some are painful, both leaving a lasting impression that reflects our identity, self-esteem, and sense of purpose. Jenny seeks to walk alongside her clients as they find meaning in those relationships and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Jenny has an existential perspective on life. We are not promised tomorrow, so it's essential to make the most of today, live well in the moment, as well as incorporate our strengths and passions as we move through our life journey with purpose. Jenny can assist her clients in making internal healthy connections and healthy connections in their relationships with others.
