Hello, hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, family conflicts, self-esteem, and confidence.

I strongly believe “change your thoughts, change your life,” and using the CBT and Solution-Focused approaches can help a person recognize how self-defeating thought patterns can hinder their growth.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming issues that challenge you. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solutions-Focused approaches to help my clients work their way out of what is distressing them.

I find these approaches to be very effective because you will begin to recognize what is going through your mind and how it affects your feelings and way that you react/respond to everyday situations.

During the first session, a client will have the opportunity to share what brought them to this point and led them to reach out for additional support. They will have the opportunity to share what they expect to get from treatment and their work with me.

Subsequent sessions will focus on assisting the client to be empowered to work on and achieve their treatment goals. Expect to be challenged, empowered, and changed...with diligence! You got this!!
