Great to meet you!

Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that therapy can open a path leading to healing and growth through challenging situations. My areas of practice include, but are not limited to chronic illness, depression, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, trauma, anger management, divorce, grief, self-esteem, and self-harming.

My approach to therapy

The most comprehensive and inclusive therapeutic approach is one that is client-centered. Clients may benefit from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy while others may prefer a Humanistic approach. I believe that it takes a great deal of strength to allow oneself to be vulnerable and work through difficult issues that are causing distress. I ensure that I provide a safe environment that allows a client to reach their therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

During a first therapy session, clients can expect to get to know me as a therapist and my therapy style. It's important for a client to feel comfortable asking questions. This is a great opportunity for both client and therapist to set goals and discuss what one would like to achieve during therapy.
