Great to meet you!

I believe everyone can benefit from therapy, so I'm so glad you're here! I'm a licensed mental health counselor who's been practicing for 9 years. I work with teens and adults, and I love helping people discover how their earliest relationships impact their current reality.

My approach to therapy

I believe our relationships make us who we are. This means that I will pay close attention to your early relationships, current relationships, as well as the relationship that develops between the two of us (as I find what's happening "out there" usually finds its way into the therapy relationship in some way).

What you can expect from me

I want to hear your story - what concerns are bringing you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I will also offer some initial impressions and an idea of what our work might entail.
