Great to meet you!
I am a first generation immigrant refugee family from Vietnam/Cambodia living in America. Raised in Washington, My graduate degree from University of Washington Masters of Social Work Program. I’ve spend over 13 years working as a professional Social Worker for various institutions both government and community based, serving my community. It was always my life-long dream to be in private practice specializing in Trauma-Informed Care and aid in healing from Racial Trauma, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Survivors of Intimate Partner Violence with deep exploration around self-love and body positivity
I have dedicated my practice to be inclusive and human driven through healing centered and trauma informed practices. I am a certified yoga instructor I also enjoy incorporating mindfulness, somatic therapy, and physical movement whenever possible to release trapped energy. Our mind, body and spirit must work as one to journey through healing!
Walking through life in these shoes has allowed me to see the world in a different way the dominant culture perspective. From facing racism, systemic oppression, and surviving in institutions that were not built for you, one thing was clear: we need more healing.
