Great to meet you!

Jenny is passionate about her work and enjoys each of her clients. She seeks to provide a safe place of healing and restoration. Her niche is working with teens and young adults who are navigating through life’s changes and developing their self-confidence along the way. Jenny is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has her BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbia International University. When she’s not in office, you can find her baking, reading, and unleashing her competitiveness on friends and family during game-nights. While Jenny is not native to South Carolina, she fled the blistering cold of Wisconsin for the perks of being closer to the ocean and mountains.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy, depending on what best supports your goals. This might look like exploring how your thoughts and feelings connect, learning new ways to cope, or simply having a space where you feel heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

In sessions with me, you can expect a space where you’re free to show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment that allows you to explore the deeper parts of yourself at your own pace. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding and help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
