Great to meet you!

I am and LCSW with over 15 years of experience practicing as a therapist. I received my MSSW from Columbia University and also I have a post-master's certificate in advanced individual therapy through Hunter College. In addition to significant experience working with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma, I have a strong interest in working with maternal mental health and postpartum issues. I have completed certificate courses in Maternal Mental Health through the Seleni Institute.

My approach to therapy

I am a warm and engaging therapist, who works collaboratively with the individual to address presenting concerns and desired goals.

What you can expect from me

I aim to assist clients in gaining greater insight and ability to manage whatever may be bringing them to therapy. While for some issues, the goal may be to change or alter a situation or concern, in other cases it may be to find acceptance or learning a way to move forward in spite of great challenges. I truly value the ability to collaborate with you to work towards meaningful change.
