Great to meet you!

Here’s what I want you to know about me: I’m a trauma psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience, and I’m passionate about helping people heal from various types of trauma. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am currently a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology.

I support clients dealing with family challenges, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and sexual trauma. I blend several approaches: like EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential-Humanistic psychotherapy, and Narrative therapy to create a treatment plan that fits you.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I take a humanistic and existential approach, which means I see you as the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore what your struggles mean and how you can create a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect is to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, find clarity about what matters most to you, and feel more hopeful about moving forward. My goal is to support you in tapping into your ability to grow and change, even when things feel tough or confusing.
