Great to meet you!

I’ve had the privilege of working in higher levels of care, including inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, supporting individuals with eating disorders, mood, and anxiety concerns. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries and my master’s degree in Professional Counseling. What drives my work is a genuine passion for walking alongside people in their journey toward growth and healing. I believe therapy is a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out—you just need a safe space to be real, and together we’ll take the next steps forward.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. My goal is to equip you with practical tools you can carry into your everyday life, so you feel more confident and capable navigating whatever comes your way. Whether you’re dealing with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, family conflict, life transitions, or the unique experience of growing up in a ministry family, we’ll focus on what matters most to you. I use a blend of evidence-based approaches—including EFFT, DBT, CBT, and ACT—but what matters most is tailoring therapy to fit your unique story, strengths, and needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will complete a thorough intake to better understand your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. This process allows me to begin developing a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs. My aim is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and feel comfortable being yourself.
