Great to meet you!

I’m Jenn, a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of LifeSong Counseling, with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life stress. I provide therapy in English and Spanish and create a culturally responsive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.”

My approach to therapy

I believe that self-compassion is essential for successful therapy, and I encourage all of my clients to adopt this approach throughout our sessions. As your therapist, I look at you as an individual and I always tailor my approach to align with your specific needs. I focus on developing an open, honest relationship with every client and I provide encouragement and motivation to do the hard work of healing together.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a journey, and you are not alone in this. The first couple of sessions will be getting to know you; we will discuss your history, challenges, goals, stressors, and strengths, etc. I think that it is important for all clients to be able to feel supported, understood, and validated, after the initial session and each session thereafter. I want to support you, so that you can be the best that you can be; helping you discover the true strength that you possess.
