Easy going, welcoming, and down to earth. The initial sessions will focus on what brings you to therapy. While allowing you to communicate your concerns, a biopsychosocial will be formulated and drawn upon throughout the course of therapy. By the third session a treatment plan is created that is catered to your needs.
