Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Jennifer! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and emotional challenges. I enjoy helping people better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, and recognize patterns that may be keeping them from feeling their best.

My style is warm, encouraging, and solution-oriented. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming emotions, navigating a difficult relationship, or working to rebuild your confidence, my goal is to help you gain clarity, recognize your strengths, and feel more in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and practical approach to therapy, focusing on both understanding what you're experiencing and developing tools to help you move forward. I'll work with you to identify patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while exploring what meaningful change looks like for you.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you manage difficult emotions, develop healthier coping skills, and respond to challenges with greater confidence and flexibility.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what's bringing you to therapy, and explore what you'd like to accomplish. I'll take time to understand your experiences, concerns, and goals so we can begin developing a plan that feels right for you.

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where I'll listen thoughtfully, ask meaningful questions, and offer practical guidance. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and equipped to navigate life's challenges.
