Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work integrates traditional psychotherapy with body-based approaches, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Hakomi, and Craniosacral-informed techniques.

I believe healing happens not just through insight, but through reconnecting with the body and nervous system. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, sensitive, and highly self-aware, yet still find themselves feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection. Together we slow things down and work gently but directly with the underlying patterns that keep these struggles in place.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe enough to explore deeply while also developing practical tools to regulate their nervous system, process past experiences, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get a sense of who you are and what brings you to therapy, while also helping you feel comfortable in the process. We’ll talk about what’s been going on in your life, what challenges you’re facing, and what you’re hoping might change through therapy.

I also take time to understand the bigger picture of your experiences, including patterns in relationships, stress, or past events that may still be impacting you. From there, we begin identifying goals and the direction that would feel most helpful for you.

My approach is both conversational and attuned to the body and nervous system. While the first session is primarily about getting to know each other, many clients already start to notice new insights or a sense of relief simply from slowing down and exploring things in a supportive, grounded space.

You can expect a warm, thoughtful environment where there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.
