Great to meet you!

Choosing to start therapy is a courageous step, and I believe that a strong, supportive relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist, my approach is both evidence-based and deeply person-centered. I work to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard, blending clinical expertise with genuine empathy. Together, we’ll navigate life’s complexities and develop the tools you need to move forward with resilience and clarity. I’ve always believed that the best therapy happens when clinical expertise meets genuine human connection. My journey in this field began at Penn State, and I later sharpened my skills through a Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Widener University. But while my degrees hang on the wall, my heart is in the work of helping people navigate the beautiful, messy reality of everyday life.

When I’m not in the office, I’m living my own 'real life'—which usually involves cheering from the sidelines at my son’s lacrosse games or sitting in the audience at my daughter’s dance competitions. I’m a firm believer that we’re all works in progress, and I’d be honored to support you in yours.

My approach to therapy

I know that life doesn't happen in a vacuum—it happens in the middle of busy schedules, family transitions, and the quiet moments in between. My goal is to be a warm, steady partner for you, providing a space where you can show up exactly as you are, no filters required.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We'll start by getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy, including any challenges, concerns, or goals you have. Together we will begin identifying priorities and setting realistic, meaningful goals tailored to your needs. You can expect a collaborative approach, where your voice and preferences are central to the process. My aim is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood and with a clearer sense of next steps.
