Great to meet you!
I have been involved in psychotherapy in some capacity since 2008. I became a therapist because I believe with my whole being that it is the shortest distance between where we are and where we want to be. I received my Bachelor's from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, and my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I earned my MS while working in the NEU Disability Resource Center, which helped me become more responsive and adaptive as a provider. I completed my practicum and internship in a community dual diagnosis partial hospitalization program, and I completed my 3000 hours in prison setting, working with civilly committed sex offenders. These experiences taught me that we are all so much more than the worst things we have ever done, and as long as my clients are showing up for themselves, I will work as hard as they do to help them become their favorite version of themselves. Most recently, I have worked extensively with the LGBTQIA2S+ communities, neurodivergence, trauma, and substance use disorders. I love my work, and I can't wait to meet you!
