Great to meet you!

Jennifer is an Atlanta-based, Masters-level Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of therapeutic experience. She has provided psychotherapy, crisis intervention and crisis stabilization services to children, adolescents and adults. She also has over 8 years of leadership experience, developing processes to provide patients with greater access to mental healthcare services, for emergency departments and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.

My approach to therapy

Jennifer utilizes an integrative mind-body approach to psychotherapy, while also prioritizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as her preferred treatment modality. This coupled approach allows for her clients to learn various self-care strategies, which research has shown most effective in creating change both in thought and behavioral patterns.
