Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I've worked in private practice and in the public-school setting. I have experience helping individuals and families with a wide range of issues, such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger, teen-related concerns, emotional regulation, relationship issues, parenting, trauma, grief, and more. I provide counseling services to adolescents, teens, and adults.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of techniques, depending on the client, their history, and their current goals. My approach is client-centered, and I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored specifically to each client's needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will gather crucial information (history, current issues, goals) to build rapport, assess needs, and create a treatment plan. Therefore, it is not just a normal session. It's the foundation for our future work, involving paperwork, history review, and establishing trust.
