Great to meet you!

I believe in helping others reach their potential and the best versions of themselves. I believe therapy is a partnership to encourage healing and growth and I aim to see clients for their individuality and personal experiences. I have a PhD in family studies and intervention strategies in addition to completing my Registered Play Therapist certificate. I specialize in creative techniques to work with autism, anxiety, anger/impulse management, depression, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be approached based on individual needs. When appropriate, I like to use person-centered approaches, play, internal family systems, CBT, and creative therapies to identify and encourage emotional recognition, personal value, and wanted change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for cliens to gain insight, control, coping skills and positive self-reflection through a safe, inviting space using activities, thought exercises and open-minded dialogue.
