Great to meet you!

If you have been carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or the weight of a life in

transition, you do not have to keep doing it alone. I'm Jennifer, a licensed clinical social

worker with a background in mental health, crisis, and substance use settings. I am trauma-

informed and trained in Progressive Counting, a focused evidence-based approach for

working through difficult experiences. My goal is to offer a genuinely supportive,

nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

If that sounds like what you are looking for, I would love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and I work alongside clients to identify strengths, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Together, we will work toward goals that align with your values and the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from the process. My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and developing a plan that meets your unique needs.
