Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Nicole Quintero, LCSW! I believe you deserve a space where you can show up as your whole, authentic self without judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out. Life can be messy, relationships can be complicated, and sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with experience in both private practice and inpatient mental health settings. I have a particular interest in helping individuals navigate anxiety, grief and loss, relational trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions. I’m passionate about creating an affirming, supportive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and anyone who has ever felt misunderstood, unheard, or like they needed to be someone else to fit in.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should be a place for genuine connection, honest conversations, and meaningful growth—not judgment or a one-size-fits-all solution. I work alongside my clients to better understand their experiences, recognize patterns, explore challenges, and develop practical tools for navigating everyday life. I believe in meeting you where you are while also helping you recognize opportunities for change. You can expect empathy and support, along with thoughtful questions and honest feedback when it can help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where your experiences matter, your identity is respected, and you don’t have to filter yourself to feel accepted. Our sessions will be tailored to your needs, goals, and pace. We’ll make room for difficult conversations, self-discovery, small victories, and the moments when you’re still figuring things out. Together, we’ll work toward building confidence, strengthening coping skills, processing difficult experiences, and creating healthier patterns. You don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support, and you don’t have to have all the answers to begin. You just have to be willing to start.
