Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect.

My path into this work began with a deep interest in understanding people and their stories. I studied anthropology as an undergraduate, which continues to shape how I see the world—honoring the cultural, relational, and personal contexts that make each of us who we are. I went on to earn my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California and later began doctoral studies at the University of South Carolina. For over 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and moments of growth.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my practice is creating a space that feels genuinely safe where you can slow down, be heard, and explore what’s going on without judgment. I believe healing happens in connection, and I strive to cultivate a warm, grounded environment where you can make sense of your experiences and move toward meaningful change.

I have specialized experience working with first responders and their families, supporting teens through the complexities of adolescence, and addressing women’s health and life transitions. At the same time, I welcome a wide range of concerns and life experiences, and I tailor my approach to meet you where you are.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking deeper understanding, I’m here to support you with compassion and care.

In our first session, you can expect a collaborative conversation focused on getting to know one another—what’s bringing you in, what feels most important, and what you hope for moving forward. Together, we’ll begin to identify goals at a pace that feels right for you, while creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and never judged.
