Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in supporting adults and teens through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress. I earned my graduate degree in counseling and have worked in both community-based and private practice settings, which has helped me understand the real-life pressures people carry—work, family, finances, identity, and burnout.

My style is practical and compassionate: we look at patterns, the stories you’ve learned to live by, and what it would feel like to respond differently—more grounded, more empowered, and more like “you.” I often integrate inner child work, trauma-informed care, and skills for emotional regulation and ADHD/executive functioning.

I primarily work with adults who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and create more secure connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in being honest and human. I use humor intentionally and appropriately to help clients feel at ease and connected—therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or intimidating to be effective.

I balance insight with practical tools, often integrating inner child work, emotional regulation, and nervous system awareness. We move at a pace that feels supportive while still creating meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, low-pressure space focused on getting to know you—not jumping straight into “fixing.” We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what hasn’t been working, while also making sure you feel comfortable and supported.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions, explain how therapy with me works, and leave room for humor and real conversation if that helps ease nerves. We’ll move at your pace, and by the end of the session, you should have a clearer sense of what our work together could look like and whether it feels like a good fit.
