Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Jennifer Ramos, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am deeply committed to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. I bring several years of experience working with individuals across various life stages from adolescence through adulthood. My work focuses on helping families and individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including those who are at risk or experiencing significant emotional or behavioral difficulties.

My approach to therapy

I have specialized training in play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-focused CBT, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet each child, adolescent, adult, or family where they are emotionally, developmentally, and individually. Whether someone is coping with stress, trauma, low self-esteem, or ambiguous feelings that are difficult to articulate, I provide a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space to explore emotions, build resilience, and begin the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a collaborative therapeutic experience. I work closely with individuals, parents, and caregivers to provide insight, guidance, and support that fosters emotional growth and overall well-being. Therapy is not just about addressing problems, it’s about building confidence, developing coping tools, and empowering clients to thrive in their daily lives.
