Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor assisting individuals of all ages in need of counseling. In addition, I am a qualified supervisor for registered mental health interns. I have over 10 years working with women's concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and children of all ages as it relates to behavior modification and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My focus is for my clients to grow in their journey and know they have an individual who will provide him or her the support and guidance needed to achieve mental health wellness. I have worked with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and marriage concerns. As individuals, we have to "feel it to heal it" is my motto. I am here for you during your hardest days and happiest moments. I am just a phone call away
