Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD (especially in women). I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, my bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University, and am a Certified Trauma Professional. I enjoy helping adults better understand their emotions, relationship patterns, and nervous system responses while finding practical ways to feel more grounded and engaged in their lives. My goal is to provide a compassionate, affirming space where clients feel genuinely understood and supported in creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s needs and strengths. I integrate emotional processing, attachment-based work, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies for communication, boundaries, and self-compassion. I specialize in supporting adults navigating trauma, grief, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and sustainable change without relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin building a personal connection and a trusting rapport that can serve as the foundation for our work together. We will explore what makes therapy meaningful for you at this point in your life and what you hope may change through the process. You will have space to share who you are and the experiences, relationships, and circumstances that have shaped you, at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is to begin understanding your concerns and goals within the fuller context of your life while creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and supported.
