Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who helps people heal from the inside out.

I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults for years, and one thing I’ve learned is that healing happens when we feel seen, safe, and accepted exactly as we are. My style is warm, real, and collaborative. I meet you where you are, and we go from there.

My approach to therapy

I’m trained in EMDR therapy, which can be life-changing for people who feel “stuck” in old patterns or memories. EMDR helps your brain and body process what’s been hard to move through, so you can finally feel more grounded and free. I’ve also personally experienced the power of EMDR, and it’s one of the reasons I’m so passionate about this work, because I know firsthand how transformative it can be.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make your first session feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. Our initial session is a space for us to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and anything you feel is important for me to understand about you.

There’s no pressure to dive into anything you’re not ready to explore. We’ll move at your pace. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, explain how I work, and collaborate with you on goals that feel meaningful and realistic. Most importantly, you can expect a nonjudgmental, compassionate space where you don’t have to have it all figured out; you just have to show up as you are.
