Great to meet you!

Therapy isn’t only for tough moments — it’s for anyone who wants space to breathe, reflect, and understand themselves better. Life brings stress, transitions, and emotions that can feel overwhelming. Sometimes we need support in making sense of our reactions or the patterns we keep falling into. Therapy offers a place to slow down, gain insight, and reconnect with what matters most.

I work with adults of all ages—from young adults navigating early milestones to those in later stages of life seeking clarity or renewed direction—who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or are trying to make meaningful life decisions and want help understanding what’s underneath those emotions. Together, we explore what’s driving your stress and build practical tools to reduce anxiety over time. I have experience supporting adults with anxiety, ADHD, parenting neurodivergent children, infertility, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My style is calm and grounded, offering a space where you can sort through what’s happening in your world with clarity and purpose. I believe in helping you accept your current reality while also supporting meaningful, lasting change.

I truly enjoy talking with people and walking alongside them as they navigate change. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, and Family Systems to create a flexible, creative, and collaborative therapy experience. I also encourage social and emotional learning, helping you build skills that strengthen your relationships and your sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, and finding someone you connect with isn’t always simple. My approach is grounded in genuine conversation and curiosity. You bring your lived experience; I bring tools, perspective, and support. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and build strategies that help you feel more confident and resilient.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down, get comfortable, and see how it feels to sit together. You’ll have space to share what brings you in, ask questions, and get a sense of my style so you can decide whether we’re a good fit. I’ll listen closely, learn about your goals, and offer initial reflections to help us understand where to begin. You bring whatever feels important; I bring curiosity, guidance, and practical tools. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll have a clearer sense of what you need and how we can move forward together.
