Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying stress, painful experiences, relationship challenges, or emotions that seem difficult to manage on your own. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use concerns, grief, anger, or changes in your relationships and identity that leave you feeling disconnected from the life you want. I work with adults and seniors facing these challenges and provide a warm, empowering environment where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. My goal is to help you explore what is contributing to your distress while building on your strengths and creating meaningful change. Whether you're navigating family conflict, stress, loss, or a major life transition, therapy can provide a space to process difficult experiences, gain clarity, and develop healthier ways of coping so you can move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, empowering, and solution oriented. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel supported while also gaining practical tools they can use in everyday life. I tailor treatment to each person's unique needs and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Problem-Solving Therapy. Together, we may explore unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, build healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, strengthen communication skills, and develop solutions that align with your goals and values. I work collaboratively with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, grief, anger management concerns, family issues, relationship difficulties, women's issues, identity concerns, and substance use challenges. My focus is on helping you recognize your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create lasting changes that support emotional well-being and a greater sense of balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free space where we work together toward goals that matter most to you. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and discussing even the most difficult experiences. Throughout our work together, I will help you identify your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and build confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges. As therapy progresses, you may experience improved emotional balance, healthier relationships, reduced stress, greater self-awareness, and a renewed sense of hope. You do not have to face life's struggles alone, and meaningful change is possible with support and a commitment to growth.
