My practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) relational life therapy, and the Gottman method, which involves exploring how core beliefs are established through childhood and family of origin experiences that affect relationships today. I also employ a solution-focused approach to help clients work toward specific, measurable goals.
