Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated therapist focused on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges to achieve a greater sense of well-being. My practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) relational life therapy, and the Gottman method, which involves exploring how core beliefs are established through childhood and family of origin experiences that affect relationships today. I also employ a solution-focused approach to help clients work toward specific, measurable goals. I have experience working with clients on issues such as depression, grief, and complex family and marital challenges."

My approach to therapy

My practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) relational life therapy, and the Gottman method, which involves exploring how core beliefs are established through childhood and family of origin experiences that affect relationships today. I also employ a solution-focused approach to help clients work toward specific, measurable goals. I have experience working with clients on issues such as depression, grief, and complex family and marital challenges. I also work with couples and individuals going through infertility and perinatal loss.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will get some background information and tell you about my approach depending on what brought you to therapy. I typically give clients something to take away during the first session (and most sessions after that) to practice or think about in between sessions. I want our relationship to be collaborative so that I can be the best support to you while we work on your therapy goals.
