I am Dr. Jennifer Richie, DNP, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). I completed my Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) at Chamberlain University, with my graduate degree earned at Georgetown University and my undergraduate degree at Drexel University. My background encompasses child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and addiction medicine.
I am passionate about delivering quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to adolescents and adults. My clinical skills are robust, complemented by my innate ability to establish rapport with patients and their families. I adhere to evidence-based guidelines while integrating my clinical experience, personal observations, and intuition.
In my role as a PMHNP, my responsibilities are diverse, ranging from managing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings to executive leadership, mental health advocacy, and providing therapy. I have a deep-seated interest in mental illness prevention and the promotion of mental wellness. My specialties include schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and addiction.
