Great to meet you!

I have been practicing for 27 years with many of these years served in forensic settings. This has provided me an opportunity to use all facets of my clinical social work background in a comprehensive and empathetic approach. I have significant experience in working with those individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, personality disorders and other life challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is one of warmth and understanding but also taking a direct approach in addressing identified concerns and needs. I love to challenge new perspectives and provide a safe space to process ideas and to support in finding solutions, gaining a skill set, self efficacy and inner strength.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I see this as an opportunity to get to know one another to ensure that you are comfortable and feel that our relationship would be a proper fit for you. I am a true believer that each individual's personality and needs are unique and should benefit from someone that they feel a connection with.
