My process is centered on collaboration, personalization, and compassion. I specialize in women’s mental health care that addresses the whole person—not just the symptoms. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner , my goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and truly supported in your healing.
We begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which lasts about 60–90 minutes. In this first visit, we explore your mental health history, current symptoms, medical conditions, lifestyle, and goals. I take the time to listen deeply, so we can uncover root causes and build a full picture of your experience.
Following the initial assessment, I’ll develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. This may include:
- Medication management
- Hormonal and life-stage considerations (e.g., postpartum, perimenopause)
- Mind-body tools such as breathwork or mindfulness
- Lifestyle guidance (sleep, nutrition, stress reduction)
- Collaboration with your therapist, OB-GYN, or PCP, if helpful
Ongoing sessions are typically 25–45 minutes and focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment, and offering supportive education. We work together to ensure the plan evolves with you—not around you.
Whether you’re managing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, or hormonal mood changes, I offer in-person care in Walpole, MA and telehealth across Massachusetts. I also accept select insurances, self-pay, and provide superbills.
