Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's degree from the University of South Florida. My experience includes internships at the county jail and MacDill Air Force Base, as well as extensive work in medical social work, case management, and private practice. I specialize in helping individuals navigate major life adjustments, grief, and anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), focusing on helping you identify your core values and empowering you to live a life aligned with them. I emphasize building practical skills and often use roleplay to deepen understanding and encourage growth. My goal is to help you develop a meaningful, fulfilling life while navigating challenges.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, clients typically learn to express their wants and needs more effectively, identify what truly matters in life, and gain a sense of empowerment. As they build these skills, they often experience relief from anxiety, better adjust to life changes, and reach a level of acceptance in their grief, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
