Great to meet you!

Sometimes the experiences that shape us the most are the ones we've never fully had the chance to process. You may find yourself constantly on edge, stuck in old patterns, carrying grief that lingers, or wondering why certain experiences still have such a strong hold on your life. Perhaps you've survived difficult relationships, trauma, addiction, or significant life changes and are ready to move from simply surviving to truly healing.

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My passion is helping people make sense of painful experiences and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where healing can happen, resilience can grow, and lasting change feels possible.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we feel deeply seen, emotionally safe, and empowered to understand our experiences differently. Therapy is not about "fixing" who you are—it's about helping you understand the patterns that developed to protect you and learning new ways to move forward.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and resilience-focused approaches. Together, we'll identify the root causes of emotional distress, develop practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful goals that align with the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

Our first sessions are a chance to slow down and give yourself permission to be exactly where you are. You never have to share more than you're ready to. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, identify your goals, and begin building a plan that feels supportive and manageable.

Clients often leave therapy feeling understood, less alone, and more hopeful about the future. Over time, many experience reduced anxiety, healthier coping strategies, improved relationships, greater emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of confidence and self-understanding. My goal is for therapy to become a place where healing feels possible and meaningful change can begin.
