Great to meet you!

Life stressors can become overwhelming and interfere with daily functioning. Therapy offers a supportive space to build effective coping strategies and practical skills to help manage symptoms and work toward your goals. Through collaboration, you will gain tools you can apply immediately. While reaching out may feel challenging, it is a powerful step toward meaningful and positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, respected, and safe. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Motivational Interviewing, and a solution-focused approach to meet each client where they are and support growth at a pace that feels right.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you will feel heard, supported, and validated. Therapy will focus on building practical coping skills you can use immediately to manage stress and life challenges. You will gain insight and clarity within a safe, supportive environment, and as you apply the tools we develop, navigating difficult and complex situations will become more manageable.
