Hello I am Jenn, I have a graduate degree from The College of St Rose in Albany, and NYS licensed Master CASAC. I am most proud of the well seasoned life experience that comes with being a Gen X.

Clients can expect authenticity, an open mind, and an understanding space to explore traumatic and challenging belief systems (that no longer work), emotional dysregulation, coping skills, communication skills (boundary setting, healthy communication, self care), and future focused guidance and support.

Clients will improve social, relational and professional interactions. Clients are free to express themselves mindfully and reflect intentionally about challenging behavior and racing thoughts. I will always provide compassionate non-judgmental, and ethical care.

I work with clients as an equal, I am an eclectic therapist who can meet you where you are. I utilize Solution focused, Persona Centered Interpersonal, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and Psychotherapy.

Clients can expect to feel warmly welcomed and will be met with authenticity and understanding. I treat clients with their values and safety in mind. I am culturally competent and will provide a neutral perspective with guidance and support. Client engagement is one of my favorite activities.
