Great to meet you!

I’m a school social worker and licensed clinician born and raised in DuPage County. I’ve worked in public education for 16 years and have been a school social worker since 2016. As a neurodivergent, bilingual therapist, I offer a client-centered, strengths-based space where your lived experience is respected and your voice matters.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, companion-based, and grounded in getting to know you as a whole person. I want to understand what a high-quality life looks like for you and help you move toward it. As a wife, mother, and educator, I understand how overwhelm, multitasking, and daily pressures can show up unexpectedly — and my goal is to help you bring more peace to your pod.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what has or hasn’t felt helpful in the past, and any questions or concerns you have for me. We’ll also review important policies and confidentiality, and you can expect to be heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
