I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and men’s issues. My professional background includes working in both community mental health and correctional mental health settings, where I have helped individuals manage complex emotional, behavioral, and trauma-related challenges. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds while providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
