Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a specialization in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions, I bring a unique and deeply personal perspective to my practice. My journey through significant life events, including navigating the complexities of an abusive marriage, enduring the challenges of infertility, the transformative process of divorce and remarriage, embracing the roles of a parent and stepparent, as well as coping with the heart-wrenching unexpected loss of my brother has equipped me with an unparalleled empathy and understanding. These experiences not only shaped my resilience but also deepened my commitment to supporting others through their challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual’s path to wellness is unique, and I am dedicated to guiding my clients towards achieving their personal goals and finding peace.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be a great opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will discuss your presenting issues and goals for therapy. Together, we will create a therapeutic plan and discuss next steps in therapy.
