Great to meet you!

I have been a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2012 and have worked in various settings such as outpatient clinic, inpatient hospital, emergency room and private practice.

My approach to therapy

Brief Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are my preferred therapeutic approaches. I am able to work with a variety of individuals but my passion is working with clients who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression and/or maternal mental health. Additionally, I have a strong background with specialized training in Chemical Dependency and enjoy working with these clients as well.

What you can expect from me

In a supportive environment I offer behavior analysis, guidance, support and constructive feedback. I would describe my personality as warm, humorous and caring. I try to be very responsive to clients, even outside of business hours and offer flexible scheduling options.
