Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to using therapeutic techniques to help individuals heal, grow, and live life to their fullest potential. I have a PhD in school psychology. This training experience is rooted in an understanding of the importance of early life experiences (i.e., child development, attachment theory, adverse childhood experiences) with a focus on action-oriented solutions.

My approach to therapy

I am a therapist committed to helping people learn how to tap into their hidden strengths to survive and, potentially, thrive during challenging times. I provide therapy to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related issues for adults (18 and older).
