Great to meet you!

As someone who has worked in the field of supporting those impacted by domestic and/or sexual violence for years, trauma-informed practice is my focus. Knowing that you are the expert on you, I will support your therapy goals from a place of non-judgmental curiosity working toward building a strong foundation for the work, beginning with developing therapeutic rapport. Starting your healing journey is the choice you get to make. The process is likely going to be both rewarding and challenging, and knowing that we all have it within us to make progress, you can discover that shift happens.
