Great to meet you!

Previous clients have described me empathetic, caring, and a good listener. Along with my Master’s in social work and my military training, I have the ability to connect with my clients and meet them where they are.

I have experience working with different age groups struggling with anxiety and depression as well as with daily life struggles. My target population is Female Veterans, but I’m willing to work with almost anyone.

My approach to therapy

I emphasize importance of addressing habits, hurts, and hang-ups to foster mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual growth and healing. In order to facilitate change and growth, I employ different treatment methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to address an array of mental health issues.

What you can expect from me

While acknowledging that the journey to healing is neither quick nor easy, I am committed to providing support and guidance to help individuals navigate this pathway. I believe mental health should be approached with the same level of importance one would give their physical health as I have seen a correlation between the two in my private practice. I have found the clients who are the most successful, are the ones who are active in their therapy.
