Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Jennifer Sage, a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family therapist specializing in working with adults suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction. With expertise in various therapies, I provide a compassionate and holistic approach to help you navigate your challenges, heal past wounds, and empower you on your journey towards growth and well-being. With close to 10 years of experience, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in healing from life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their experiences and emotions. I believe in tailoring therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals, using various therapeutic approaches, including ACT, CBT, DBT, and EMDR modalities. My approach combines elements of acceptance, compassion, mindfulness, and action-oriented strategies, while exploring my clients values and how we can live a more meaningful values driven life.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space where individuals can openly express their thoughts, emotions, and concerns without fear of being criticized or invalidated. I respect each client's unique experiences and perspectives. Together, we will explore challenges, discover strengths, and meaningful life in the midst of these challenges
