Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and bring that grit and heart into my work. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Joseph’s University and my master’s in social work from Hunter College. I support women struggling with confidence, self esteem, and boundaries, as well as individuals facing chronic medical conditions, depression, anxiety, and job or life stress. I have worked in hospitals, hospice, and care management.

My approach to therapy

I offer virtual individual therapy sessions using psychodynamic and strengths-based approaches to help you understand your story and recognize your resilience. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge and reframe limiting beliefs, and DBT techniques to regulate and process difficult, painful, and uncomfortable feelings and emotions so you feel more grounded and in control.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to empower you to move beyond the brokenness, setbacks, and obstacles that have weighed on your mind, heart, and soul. Each session is an opportunity to renew, reset, and revitalize your potential for greatness. As long as you are breathing, there is hope to change the course of your life. My passion is helping you find and use the keys to unlock true healing and lasting growth.
