Great to meet you!

My ideal clients are women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who suspect, or have just learned, that ADHD explains a lifetime of working harder than everyone else just to keep up.

Many were high-achieving and never flagged as children because their symptoms didn't look hyperactive. They often arrive after years of being told it was 'just anxiety' or 'just stress.'

I provide a careful evaluation, distinguish ADHD from overlapping conditions, and build a treatment plan around how ADHD actually shows up in your daily life, so you can move forward with clarity instead of self-blame.

My approach to therapy

If you've spent years wondering why everything felt harder than it should, you're not alone, and you're not failing.

A late ADHD diagnosis can be the first thing that finally makes sense of it all. You deserve real answers, not another five-minute check-in.

I'd be glad to help you understand what's really going on and find a path forward.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in evaluating and treating ADHD in women diagnosed later in life.

I carefully distinguish ADHD from anxiety, depression, and burnout, then build a treatment plan around your specific symptoms, whether that's medication management, practical strategies, or both, so treatment actually fits how ADHD shows up in your life
